Farrah Abraham had her day in court for the battery and resisting a peace officer charges against her on September 21. After her hearing at Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles, the former Teen Mom OG star slammed Face the Truth host Vivica A. Fox exclusively to RadarOnline.com.

On Fox’s show, which aired earlier this week, Abraham tested positive for Barbiturates after her mother Debra Danielsen feared she could be abusing drugs because of her erratic behavior.

Abraham denied being prescribed any muscle relaxants or sleeping aids, as she claimed to Radar, “The drug test was false!”

“I was more disappointed over what Vivica had to do in order to get press for her show,” Abraham, 27, told Radar in the video following the court hearing. “You have a fake audience. You attack women. Your advice isn’t even credible that you’re giving someone.”

She added of drug use, “My doctor looked at everything they gave me there is no barbiturates in there. I don’t take aspirins or muscle relaxers, I’m training for a boxing match!”

“The last thing we need is negativity, derogatory, sex-shaming, sexist behavior and women-hating talk shows,” she continued her tirade. “If she wants to say I’m trash… I work my a** off! I don’t stop working. That’s way more drive and work than a TV talk show where you do fake TV and cause fake problems.”

She then took a dig at Vivica’s age, as she fired at the 54-year-old, “I’m disappointed, especially at her age, I don’t think it’s appropriate. Maybe I’ll have my own talk show!”

But Abraham’s feud with Fox is the least of her worries, as she is currently facing battery and resisting a peace officer charges from a June 13, 3018 arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel after allegedly battering a security officer in the face.

Radar can exclusively reveal Abraham’s attorney Tiffany Travillion asked to continue the pre-trial hearing because they are still working with prosecutors on the plea deal offered to Abraham last month.

Sitting in the courtroom while waiting for the Commissioner, Abraham exclusively told Radar that video footage proves she did not commit the crimes that prosecutors alleged.

“The video shows I did not resist the officer and I did not batter anyone,” Abraham said. “I was trying to get my phone from the Polo Lounge. If they would’ve given me my phone back, we would not be in this issue.”

The request for continuance was granted. Abraham’s next court hearing is on November 2.

If convicted of the charges, Abraham faces a possible maximum sentence of 18 months in jail.

The plea deal prosecutors have offered include three years of summary probation, which means Abraham wouldn’t have to check in with a probation officer. If she takes the plea agreement, Abraham also would have to complete 26 hours of anger management and perform five days of community labor.

Commissioner Jane Godfrey expects both sides to have conferred before Abraham’s next appearance on Nov. 2.

The profile comes after Mario’s split from girlfriend Kasey Dexter, who he had an affair with while married to his wife of 27 years. Ramona filed for divorce from him in January 2014.

Mario dated Kasey until their split in January 2018. He hit her with an eviction notice on January 26, 2018. The case is still open.

The Boca Raton Police Department were called to their Florida home at least three times for domestic disturbances over the eviction, RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed.

They appeared to be on-and-off, as police responded to yet another domestic disturbance at Mario’s home on April 24, 2018.

“I don’t know what to do,” she cried to the operator. “I’m sitting outside in the front. My friend is coming to pick me up. Yeah we both were [drinking.] We tried to get back together.’

She then claimed that their fight turned physical.

“He pushed me against a wall,” she said. “He threw me and pushed me and made me get out. I’m really scared.”

In a police report also obtained from Boca Raton Police Department, authorities made contact with Kasey.

“Dexter explained that her boyfriend Mario Singer and her had an argument,” the police report read. “Dexter stated Singer pushed her against the wall then singer left.”

Despite claiming to have a video of the alleged assault, the officer explained how there was no physical action.

“During the interview, I could smell the aroma of alcohol coming from Dexter’s breath,” the report continued. “Dexter was very uncooperative during the interview.”

Radar then broke that she fled to Christie Brinkley’s ex-husband Peter Cook’s East Hampton home for a weekend after meeting over Instagram.

While Mario’s relationship with Kasey has been tumultuous, he seems to be on better terms with his ex-wife, who he shares daughter Avery, 23, with. At the RHONY reunion, Ramona was talking to Mario over the phone. She even told host Andy Cohen to say hi to her ex-husband.

The custody battle between Jenelle Evans and her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith is getting even nastier. The Teen Mom 2 dad exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that he hasn’t seen his 4-year-old son in over a month.

“Every time I start heading up early to see my son there is always a reason I can’t see him,” Griffith told Radar. “I was half way there and she told me he’s sick. Every single time he’s sick. She tells me she needs to take him to the doctor.”

“I drive 10 hours to see my son,” Griffith, who often visits girlfriend Ashley Lanhardt in Florida, told Radar. “A couple of times I’ve waited until my mom says she has Kaiser. It’s crazy.”

Griffith filed a motion to modify custody for his son Kaiser with Evans in July 2018.

“Nothing happens in mediation,” he said. “She wants one thing, I want another. We are in court this time for custody. I have my lawyer. All I can do right now is let her have him.”

Griffith’s girlfriend explained how their custody agreement states if Kaiser is sick he must remain with the parent he is currently with.

“That’s why she always uses that excuse,” Lanhardt said.

Griffith also turned to Twitter to express his outrage.

“You try to paint me as a bad father but Kaiser has been chronically sick for the past year… there’s a problem,” he tweeted. “Let me see my son and stop playing games!”

He added, “Say the storm is a hoax but then you drive around town in flood water [with] the kids endangering them. Say you have plenty of food but then you get free food as you make over 300K per season. Everyone sees that you’re a walking contradiction and a habitual liar.”

In Griffith’s court filing, he claimed Evans’ husband is “violent” and a “danger” to Kaiser. “Plaintiff and spouse have drug dependence and substance abuse issues,” the motion read.

According to the Columbus County Clerk of Court, the “minor child in question, as well as another of the Plaintiff’s children, did test positive for THC at birth.” A source close to Evans denied the claim.

Griffith is requesting full legal and physical custody of Kaiser, with Evans getting secondary custody in form of visitation. He is also asking the spouse be prohibited from contacting the minor child.

In June, Griffith called police to report Evans and Eason when he noticed bruises on his son’s butt. He was forced to return his son to Evans days later on July 3.

Anderson wrote about the alleged abuse in her 1995 autobiography, My Life in High Heels. In it, she revealed Burt’s battle with drug abuse, including Percodan for pain, Valium for anxiety and Compazine for their side effects.

“The physical abuse I always blamed on the drugs,” Anderson wrote, detailing the alleged beatings that left her bruised all over her body.

“She claims Jimmy didn’t do enough to protect her,” said Maria, who blasted Burt’s 2015 memoir But Enough About Me, calling it “fiction.”

“Jimmy knew all Burt’s secrets, but that doesn’t mean he agreed with him or accepted all of it,” said Maria.

Burt, who was cremated and his remains scattered at sea, had been estranged from his adopted brother, now 83, for some time.

Little Women: Dallas star Emily Fernandez has announced her pregnancy, two years after her brain-damaged son died when he was just three months old.

On Friday, Fernandez told fans that she’s once again expecting a baby boy. She wrote in an Instagram caption of herself holding her belly, “This was 3 months ago lol just imagine how things are now .”

A website has reported that the little person reality TV star, 27, is already eight months along! Tragedy struck for Fernandez and her boyfriend, Lontel Johnson, who is also the father of her soon-to-come baby, when their first son, Lontel Jahnar Johnson Jr. (JJ), passed away in August 2016.

Even before JJ was born, Fernandez, who has dwarfism, said their baby experienced multiple health complications, ncluding seizures and blood around his brain.

“My baby was having seizures in utero and doctors believe there was a problem with the placenta. Little people pregnancies are high risk and being pregnant with a little person is even more dangerous. JJ wasn’t receiving enough oxygen and he was born with blood around his brain,” she told PEOPLE.

The boy couldn’t hear or see, and was continuing to have seizures while his heart rate dropped, so Fernandez and her beau made the heartbreaking decision to take him off the ventilator.

JJ died and Fernandez noted later, “I fought for his life – I demanded that he have multiple tests run. I wanted to be sure that I did everything in my power to save him and keep him… If he would’ve been average height, this would’ve still happened. Everything was due to his brain damage.”

She also told Radar exclusively in 2016 after her son’s death, “I feel good some days, not good others. It’s just — the days I choose to suppress my feelings, I act like I’m okay and the days that I choose to talk about it are a little bit harder. But, I do like to talk about it sometimes because it’s something I’m not going to ever forget or try to forget. It’s just very unstable but I’m getting there.”

Fernandez, also known by her rapper name, “Right Cheek,” and her baby daddy are reportedly not currently a couple, but they plan to co-parent.

It’s been reported that she and Johnson conceived their second son through IVF.

Has Judge Brett Kavanaugh‘s quest to be confirmed to the Supreme Court hit another bump in the road?

On Saturday, his accuser Christine Blasey Ford said she would accept the Senate Judiciary Committee’s request to testify about an alleged sexual assault by him that she claims took place about 35 years ago.

Kavanaugh has staunchly denied the allegations.

After a high-stakes negotiation, Ford’s lawyers said in a letter to the committee that she “accepts” the request to provide “her first-hand knowledge of Brett Kavanaugh’s” alleged “sexual misconduct” next week.

Ford, 51, a California professor, reportedly would like to testify on Thursday, but the details of her appearance are still up in the air.

Ford met a 2:30 p.m. Saturday deadline set by Republicans for her to say whether or not she would testify.

Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley had said the Senate would vote on 53-year-old Kavanaugh’s confirmation if Ford didn’t make the deadline.

Democrats decried Republicans for allegedly pressuring Ford, and many liberal Senators flatly said they believed her allegations against Kavanaugh.

In the letter, Ford’s lawyers told the committee, “many aspects of the proposal you provided … are fundamentally inconsistent with the Committee’s promise of a fair, impartial investigation into her allegations.”

Still, it seems she will appear next week, in a move sure to echo the faceoff of Anita Hill accusing Judge Clarence Thomas in a previous controversial confirmation battle. (Thomas was ultimately confirmed and remains on the Supreme Court).

Republican Utah Senator Orrin Hatch, was pessimistic, tweeting that “we are no closer to hearing from Dr. Ford than we were when her lawyers said Dr. Ford was willing to testify during their media tour 6 days ago.”

As Radar previously reported, Ford, the woman who wrote a letter accusing Supreme Court nominee Kavanaugh of sexual assault, later went public with her story in a shocking Washington Post interview.

Ford claimed Kavanaugh viciously attacked her years ago and “I thought he might inadvertently kill me.” “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”

While admitting that she doesn’t recall some key details of the incident, Ford told the newspaper that she believes Kavanaugh allegedly attacked her in the summer of 1982, when she was 15, around the end of her sophomore year at the all-girls Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, Maryland.

Kavanaugh would have been 17 at the end of his junior year at Georgetown Prep.

Ford claimed that she and other kids drank beer together at the private home and that Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge, had started drinking earlier and were already intoxicated.

Ford said tried to go to the bathroom, when she was allegedly pushed into a bedroom and onto a bed; she was wearing clothes over a one-piece bathing suit.

She contended that Kavanaugh then grinded down on her with his body and drunkenly fumbled with her clothes.

Meanwhile, Judge stood across the room as both he and Kavanaugh were laughing, Ford alleged.

Kavanaugh allegedly put his hand over her mouth when she tried to scream.

Ford claimed Judge jumped on top of them, and she tried to break free.

Because Judge sent them tumbling, she eventually got away, locked herself in the bathroom and listened until she heard the boys “going down the stairs, hitting the walls.”

When the coast was clear, Ford claimed, she fled the house.

Kavanaugh continues to deny the allegations (as does his friend Judge), and President Donald Trump is standing by his nominee.

Former supermodel Dickinson – who alleges she suffered sexual abuse at the hands of the shamed comic – wants her day in court.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Janice is going to Bill Cosby’s sentencing and is planning on addressing the court with a victim impact statement.

“The judge earlier this week ruled that Janice could speak at the sentencing as one Cosby’s prior bad act witnesses that had testified at his trial.”

The supermodel told the jury that the disgraced actor raped her back in 1982.

Dickinson told jurors at his retrial that she was “rendered motionless” by a pill Cosby had given her in his Lake Tahoe, California hotel room.

“Here’s a married man, father of five kids, on top of me,” Dickinson testified. “I was thinking how wrong it was. How very wrong it was.”

Dickinson, who was 27 at the time, revealed that she had felt vaginal pain when she woke up the next morning and noticed semen between her legs.

When she attempted to confront Cosby the following morning, Dickinson said he looked at her like she “was crazy.”

“I wanted to hit him. I wanted to punch him in the face,” she admitted.

Cosby is due to be sentenced on Sept 24 & Sept 25 – Cosby was found guilty on all counts of aggravated indecent assault on April 26.

As many as five women could be allowed to speak at the sentencing.

The once famous comic and actor faces up to 30 years in prison.

Former The Real Housewives of New York star Aviva Drescher‘s husband has reportedly been slapped with a lawsuit in which he’s accused of owing nearly $30,000.

Reid Drescher, who is married to Aviva, famous for throwing her prosthetic leg on the Bravo reality show, will soon find out if he has a legal leg to stand on!

According to The Blast, on September 20, DB Investor Group sued investment banker Reid, accusing him of breaching a settlement agreement with them.

The DB Investor lawsuit reportedly claims that they signed a contract with Reid in January 2017 and that he owes them a total of $28,350 plus interest since March, 2017.

Those suing Reid also want him to pay their attorney fees and other court costs, The Blast has reported.

Reid was also sued by Capital One Bank earlier this year, which charged that he allegedly owes $45,121.26 and refuses to pay it.

The new NBC TV show, which will replace Steve Harvey’s Steve in fall 2019, “will have zero impact on her judging The Voice next season,” the source assured.
