“This Court is confident that it has and can continue to assess this case in an impartial manner,” Judge O’Neill wrote in his decision. “This Court simply has no bias against any witness called by the defense or the Defendant himself.”

Wanda Barzee is still a threat to kidnap victim Elizabeth Smart, and RadarOnline.com has obtained bombshell evidence proving the former jailbird is obsessed with her terrified former captive even now.

As Radar reported, 72-year-old Barzee was freed from Utah state prison after serving 15 years for helping Brian David Mitchell rape, torture and hold Smart, 30, against her will for nine months in a sick pseudo-religious act they claim was commanded by God!

But in a 10-page prison-letter rant, Barzee is clearly hell-bent on completing the bizarre ceremony with Smart, who she calls a “Queen” because of the “temple marriage” she was forced to undergo with her now incarcerated husband in 2002.

“She was made a queen and promised great blessings in Zion,” Barzee wrote in the letter, dated June 11, 2018. “Elizabeth Smart covenanted before the whole world that she’ll be the sign and portent when the Lord will bring forth Zion.”

Mitchell snatched the then-14-year-old Mormon girl from her Salt Lake City bedroom on June 5, 2002, and took her to a campsite a few miles from her family’s home.

There, Barzee stripped Smart of her pajamas, helped shackle her to a tree by her ankles with a metal cable, and Mitchell repeatedly raped her.

The deranged religious zealot, who said it was God’s will for Smart to perform her “wifely duties,” plied the terrified teen with wine and sexually assaulted her, often multiple times a day.

Even months before her recent release, Barzee showed no remorse for the sick crime and seems to relish in her hellish handy work.

“No evil has been spoken by my mouth, nor has any harm been done by my hand upon any one person, including Elizabeth Smart — she was treated with all gentleness, kindness and tenderheartedness, even when It was necessary to reprove her for rebellion and disobedience to the Lords commandment and despising the things of God,” Barzee insisted in her letter.

“My husband David and I, Wanda, are the only victims of the crime we were falsely convicted of and imprisoned for, as the anointed servants of the Lord Jesus Christ — having been instructed and commanded by the Lord God to go forth on the night of June 4, 2002 – whereby the Almighty power of God opened the for us to obtain our first wife of seven on June 5,” she wrote.

Barzee also defended Smart’s brutal sexual assault, describing it as a right-of-passage into her bizarre religious sect.

“For being a young woman in her 15th year is for the fact thou are teachable and not yet being set in thy ways,” she wrote. “As for being forced to consummate thy marriage sealing to David is the very way and means the Lord God uses to humble his daughters.”

The depraved woman even bragged in the letter about how she turned Elizabeth against her parents.

“To have seen the picture in the news of Elizabeth’s parents Ed and Lois Smart standing with the host of Americas Most Wanted, [Elizabeth] said: ‘My parents are deceived. I have a lot to teach them to bring them to the know of the truth.’”

“Elizabeth even said to me, ‘I don’t want to return home and be separated from you and David,’” claimed Barzee.

Barzee will be under federal supervision for five years and must abide by the rules of the Utah sex offender registry.

Regardless, Smart told CBS News: “I do believe she’s still a danger…Through my sources, I’ve heard that she’s still carrying around this ‘book of revelations’ that Brian Mitchell wrote…that said he should kidnap me, and not just kidnap me but six other young girls, and that we’d all be his wife… clearly she hasn’t let it go.”

Barzee’s deranged musings seem to prove Smart is correct.

“I am hated and despised by the world and persecuted for my faith in Jesus Christ,” she wrote. “In as much as I Wanda Barzee was willing to lay down my life without reservation and do not fear what man can do to me, even within these prison walls.”

The rapper was referring to his ongoing feud with Drake, which began when West produced Pusha T’s album, and he outed Drake’s love child.

“Now what I am looking for spirit to take accountability is the fact that it’s people making rumors that are saying you f***ed my wife, well that don’t sit well with my spirit,” said West.

“So when you were like ‘Aw I don’t know where it come from,’ you too smart for that bro. You know where that come from,” said West. “Don’t make no record with nothing that can be confused.”

“I didn’t tell Pusha no information about your baby or baby mama, that didn’t come from me,” he added, claiming he did not start the controversy regarding Drake’s secret son.

Elizabeth Smart’s kidnapper, Wanda Barzee, has moved into a hotel after her prison release – and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that her presence has left staff and guests terrified.

A local police department in Salt Lake City, Utah confirmed to Radar that it responded to a nearby hotel for a disturbance regarding Barzee attracting attention.

Now, Radar has learned that the hotel’s staff members and guests are living in fear of the news that she is on the premises.

One staff member who works in the hotel’s reservations department gasped at the news, claiming he works in a separate office from the hotel so he had not yet seen the free felon.

“Oh my god, this could be a problem,” the staff member said.

Then a guest in the hotel claimed that Barzee had moved in. She called the realization a “scary moment.”

“Wanda Barzee moved into our hotel,” said the guest. “I’m not leaving my room.”

A spokesman for the Utah Salt Lake City hotel chain declined to comment on Barzee’s alleged presence.

“We’re not at liberty to speak about any guest or any information about guests due to privacy laws,” said the spokesman.

Another source nearby the hotel denied that Barzee was staying there, although her address is listed as such in sex offender registry docs.

As Radar readers know, Barzee was released Wednesday after spending years in prison for acting as her husband, Brian David Mitchell’s accomplice in the kidnapping of Smart.

A long-time friend of Sandra Bullock’s dad said her father bravely soldiered on in the weeks leading up to his death from bad health.

“I went to see him, you could tell he was going down, he was 93,” said Jimmy Koikos of his last visit with John Bullock about six weeks before he passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 18.

“He was in good spirits, we laughed, we talked,” Koikos exclusively tells RadarOnline.

Koikos owns the Brite Star Restaurant in Bessemer, Al., 15 miles outside of Birmingham, John’s hometown which he returned to after the death of his sister, Mary Spencer, in 2009.

The restaurant owner says he and John became friends about 15 years ago and that “there wasn’t a better man than John Bullock.”

“He was a first-class gentleman!”

Koikos says that he received “thousands” of letters” over the years from John, a military veteran who had a hand in managing his superstar daughter’s career and was head of the Fortis Films production company she set up.

Despite his involvement, John never relied on Sandra’s celebrity to better himself, Koikos insists. “He never used Sandra Bullock for anything, never.”

John’s ailing health comes as no surprise.

Back in 2015, The National ENQUIRER reported John was having severe health issues related to a farm accident that occurred in Virginia years ago. At the time, Sandra’s father was crushed by a tractor, a dreadful incident which resulted in several broke bones and other disorders.

As Radar previously reported, Sandra, a busy mom of two, rushed to her dad’s side and quietly was a “full-time nurse” during his final months at his home in Birmingham. Sandra had already lost her mother Helga to cancer in 2000.

Recently, however, John’s maladies began getting worse, so much that he was rushed to a local Alabama hospital to get treatment.

Koikos says John was receiving “around-the-clock” care, and that his visit was limited to about 30 minutes.

“Then it was time to go. After that, they wouldn’t let anybody go in there.”

John died “surrounded by family and friends,” wrote Sandra’s longtime boyfriend, Bryan Randall, on Instagram Wednesday, along with a sweet photo of John.

Judge O’Neill could still block prosecutors from bringing in the “prior bad act” witnesses, according to prominent Philadelphia-based criminal defense attorney A. Charles Peruto, Jr.

Peruto told Radar had Judge O’Neill permitted the additional accusers, it would result in “a trial within a trial” as the Cos’ defense team would be permitted to cross examine each one.

Nevertheless, Constand will be permitted to provide a victim impact statement as she was the sole victim in the Pennsylvania trial.

Death Row Records co-founder Marian “Suge” Knight, once one of the most feared men in the rap game, will be spending 28-years in prison after pleading no contest to voluntary manslaughter charges just weeks before the trial was supposed to begin in a Los Angeles court.

Knight, 53, appeared in a Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday afternoon and entered his “no contest” plea, Los Angeles County District Attorney officials told Radar.

Knight was charged with murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run, and could have face a maximum life sentence in state prison.

According to prosecutors, Knight and Cle “Bone” Sloan were involved in an altercation on the set of the N.W.A. Biopic “Straight Out of Compton” in January 2015. Prosecutors said Knight clipped Sloan with his pickup trick and then ran over businessman Terry Carter, who later died from his injuries.

The DA’s office explained why Knight’s sentence was so long.

“Under the sentencing guidelines, Knight would receive the high-term of 11 years in prison for the voluntary manslaughter count, which would double because he has a prior conviction under California’s three strikes law. He also would receive an additional five years because the conviction was for a serious and violent felony and a year for the deadly weapon allegation.

“By entering his plea, Knight also will resolve two other pending criminal cases. Knight was indicted for making criminal threats in August 2014. He also was charged for allegedly stealing a camera from a woman in September 2014. Those charges would be dismissed by a judge at sentencing.”

Knight will be sentenced on October 4.

They were also accused of filing false tax returns with the IRS in relation to Mike’s businesses.
The Situation was hit with more charges of tax evasion and structuring funds to evade currency-transaction reports in April 2017.

His brother was charged with falsifying records to obstruct a grand jury investigation.

Mike pled guilty to one count of tax evasion in January and faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
